What the integration does
D3x connects to Mews in real time. When a guest messages, calls, or emails, the agent looks up the live reservation first, dates, rate, room status, folio, and acts on it. Late checkouts are confirmed against availability and rate rules, booking context flows into every reply, and changes are written back to Mews with a full audit trail.
