Cloudbeds is a cloud PMS for independent hotels and growing groups. D3x connects in about two minutes: the property authorises the connection, then agents read live rates and availability, deep-link into the Cloudbeds booking engine, look up reservations, and attach add-ons. Invoices and guest portal / online check-in are not supported on this connector. The Cloudbeds integration is live in production today.
OVERVIEW
What the integration does
D3x connects to Cloudbeds in real time. When a guest messages, calls, or emails, the agent looks up the live reservation first, dates, rate, room status, folio, and acts on it. Late checkouts are confirmed against availability and rate rules, booking context flows into every reply, and changes are written back to Cloudbeds with a full audit trail.
