Phishing guardrail

Phishing attempts against hotel guests are rising. More guests now contact the property to ask for help and clarification: a payment link that does not look like the hotel, or a message on a channel that is not the property's. Operators can turn on a guardrail so the AI recognizes payment links and communication channels that come from a potentially harmful phishing attempt.

The guardrail runs on messaging, voice, and email. It is a preventive step operators take, not a promise that every attempt is caught. The team stays in control when a case is unclear. Product views: Messaging, Voice, Email, and the Skills Engine.
